We are keen to know if a complaint or even just a bad feeling arises about conditions at our partners or other effects of our business activities on human rights.
At Weberei Pahl GmbH, as well as at our production sites in Turkey and Egypt, we have a constructive and open approach. At the same time, all managers up to and including the management are always approachable for every employee. We call this a practised “open door policy”.
In addition, there is a contact person for each location. This defined person or office formally accepts and deals with complaints/incidents independently of the management, without penalising themselves, the potentially affected persons or vulnerable groups.
However, should this not be sufficient, anyone may contact us directly using the contact details above. Be sure to provide us with all the necessary details so that we can investigate your report seriously.
If for any reason you do not wish to contact us directly, you have the option of using the independent complaints channel via your local authorities or organisations. As an international company, we are committed to complying with the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises. An independent complaints procedure is available through the National Contact Point of the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany.
